North Youngmann Commerce Centre

 

The North Youngmann Commerce Center (NYCC) is an 80-acre parcel of town-owned land located immediately adjacent to the I-290.

 

The property is zoned for light-industrial activity (click on photo at right to enlarge).

 

Isle View Commerce Center

 

The Isle View Commerce Center (IVCC) is the ‘working name’ for a 300-acre site owned by private individuals in parcels ranging from 20 to 120-acres. The property is zoned for light industry.

 

This site is a great candidate for a large-scale project. Two separate transmission lines border the site on the west and south. A 20-inch natural gas pipeline is located within a half-mile of the south boundary. Sewer, water and fibre optics are present along one or more boundaries.

 

River Road, which forms the northern boundary of the site, is immediately adjacent to the beautiful setting Isle View Park, the Riverwalk bike/hike trail and the Niagara River (click on photo at right to enlarge).
