Woodward Avenue

 

Praxair anchors this area which sits between Sheridan Park and Kenmore Avenue.  Other companies include R.P. Adams, and Riviera Concepts.

River Road Corridor

 

The River Road Corridor lies between the foot of Sheridan Drive and the Grand Island Bridges, along the banks of the Niagara River. Parcels ranging from 20-acres to 60-acres are available for new development in this heavy industrial area.

 

Current companies include: NOCO Energy, Tonawanda Coke, Ivaco and NRG Energy, owner of the Huntley Station— a coal-fired steam generation facility rated at 800MW (click on photo at right to enlarge).
