Pearce Industrial Park
The Pearce Industrial Park is a 60-acre site developed privately in the early 1970s. Presently, a vacant, five-acre parcel—immediately adjacent to the I-290—is available.
Current occupants include Science Kit, Sinclair Technologies, Frey Electric, Cramer Industrial, Herr Manufacturing, Yellow Freight and Coca-Cola Bottling.. |

Interstate Commerce Centre
The Interstate Commerce Center includes 310,000 SF of research and development, warehouse, light manufacturing, distribution and service space. The 42-acre park provides excellent exposure from the I-190 Expressway at the Grand Island Bridge.
The complex has been tremendously successful, particularly with Canadian companies, due to its proximity to both the Peace Bridge and the Lewiston Queenston Bridge. Approximately 35% of ICC tenants are Canadian firms. |
