The Town of Tonawanda offers a range of real estate ‘products’ to meet the needs of any business or industry—from traditional industrial parks and multi-tenant buildings to stand-alone facilities and large ‘centers of manufacturing’.

 

In addition to existing facilities, there are more than 400 acres of vacant land available for new investment, and the TTDC is actively involved in efforts to reclaim ‘brownfield’ sites for productive re-use.

 

All these properties are serviced by an existing network of road, rail and water transportation, as well as utilities with sufficient capacity to handle any project.
